Studio Appointments
Initial briefings occur at our Rue de la République atelier on Wednesdays and Fridays between 14:00 and 18:00. Sessions last two hours and include a walkthrough of sample concept boards from prior commissions.
Briefing fee is €320, credited toward any concept package commissioned within forty-five days. Virtual briefings via video call are available at the same fee for clients outside Normandy.
Enquiry Requirements
Email enquiries should include floor plan dimensions, ceiling height, fenestration orientation, and photographs of the raw commercial shell. State whether the commission is for investor presentation, lease staging, or pre-construction design.
We respond to complete briefs within four business days with a fee proposal and estimated delivery timeline.

Commission Availability
Greyhprosp accepts four concurrent concept commissions. Current availability is typically six to eight weeks from deposit receipt for standard packages. Rush delivery within three weeks incurs a 25 percent expedite surcharge.
Deposit of 40 percent confirms scheduling; balance due on board delivery.
What We Do Not Discuss
Enquiries regarding menu development, coffee sourcing, staffing, or franchise branding are outside studio scope and will be politely declined. We are an interior concept practice, not an operational consultancy.
Referrals to hospitality consultants can be provided on request without fee arrangements.
