Rue Eau-de-Robec Conversion
A 72-square-metre ground-floor unit with exposed beam ceiling received a concept treating the structural timber as primary sculpture. Banquette seating followed beam bays, and lighting pendants aligned with mortise joints above.
Concept fee: €11,400. The client used boards to secure a commercial lease; no operating café resulted from this commission.
Saint-Sever Investment Preview
Property developers staging a vacant mall unit commissioned a rapid concept package for investor presentations. We produced three boards in eighteen days showing morning and evening lighting scenarios on the same plan.
Rapid concept fee: €6,800 including one revision round. Boards were displayed at a Rouen investment forum in autumn 2025.
Vieux-Marché Corner Frontage
Narrow triangular floor plate posed circulation challenges resolved through diagonal banquette runs and a corner bar concept anchoring the obtuse angle. Window seating spans the full street frontage at 6.2 metres.
Full dossier with acoustic addendum: €16,200. Client subsequently engaged an architect to adapt concepts for building permit submission.
Jouvenet Workshop Shell
Former artisan workshop with 4.1-metre ceiling height inspired a mezzanine concept sketch—not construction documents—showing potential upper gallery seating. Material board emphasised raw plaster and blackened steel.
Concept exploration fee: €8,500. Mezzanine feasibility was flagged as requiring structural engineer review before realisation.
Quai du Havre Riverside
River-facing glazing demanded glare control concepts with automated sheer blinds and interior planting screens specified at 1.8 metre height in planter troughs. Palette followed River Mist range throughout.
Concept fee: €13,600 including supplementary material board. Flooding risk annotation appeared on site plan appendix per client request.
