We do not run cafés, sell coffee, or produce operational menus. Our work exists entirely on paper, in boards, and in spatial models that help investors and architects envision hospitality interiors before construction begins.
Every deliverable is a design artefact priced in euros, from €2,800 mood packages to €24,000 full interior concept dossiers.
Rouen Material Memory
Normandy timber framing, river-stone textures, and the muted palette of Rouen cathedral stone inform our default material vocabulary. Clients receive concepts rooted in local architectural memory rather than generic international café tropes.
We walk the Vieux-Marché quarter and document existing hospitality interiors as reference, never as templates to copy.
Spatial Storytelling
A Greyhprosp concept narrates how morning light enters, where conversation clusters form, and how circulation separates service flow from linger zones. These stories guide contractor decisions without prescribing equipment brands.
Acoustic comfort, lighting temperature, and furniture scale are resolved at concept stage so costly rework is avoided during fit-out.
Commission Structure
Projects begin with a briefing session at our Rue de la République studio. We deliver concept boards within four to six weeks depending on floor area and revision depth.
Two revision rounds are included. Additional concept iterations are billed at €95 per hour with prior written approval.

Our clients include independent investors planning first café openings, architecture firms needing interior concept support, and property developers staging commercial units for lease presentation.
We decline commissions requiring operational consultancy, food service planning, or franchise brand compliance.
